We score only places with enough independent public coverage that we can match to our data in 46 Atlanta & Greater Atlanta Area ZIPs. "Limited coverage" means we found too few independent public sources to give a score; it is not a judgment of the restaurant, which may be excellent. A place may be missing because we haven't found or matched coverage for it, or because a rule in our method, such as the chain rule, leaves it out.
