Everyone can rate any restaurant. Your palate tier lets other diners filter scores by voters who grew up eating this cuisine or eat it regularly.

Why is 7 disabled? Because 7 is the lukewarm cop-out number. Choose 6 or below if it missed the mark, or 8, 9, or 10 if it’s genuinely good and you vouch for it.

Zero Receipt Storage Guarantee: If you ate at a KYB restaurant on Keeta, share your 1-click cryptographic proof—or snap your paper receipt. Oligrail processes receipt images strictly in temporary RAM, computes a one-way cryptographic hash (so nobody can reuse the same receipt), and immediately deletes the image. Oligrail NEVER saves your receipt photo or card digits!

Restaurants must approve Oligrail via Keeta KYB or an Authorized Public Ordering API before orders are enabled. KYB restaurants can optionally customize item-specific or storewide discounts to thank diners who submit an honest 5-Pillar rating (any score 1–10).
